"This is my attempt at utilizing a footer for more than just the normal content. My inspiration for the design 

of the site was my backyard - the trellis of flowers, the snails I constantly find, the vines that have taken 

over much of the back wall. This is a blog, an online home away from home, and I wanted my design, and 

my footer, to reflect that."
